Hello Justin,

This is just a message following up our brief conversation regarding the promotional video for your business, I was just wondering if you was still interested in being my client for the promotional unit of my college course. 

I am writing in hopes that you would be willing to let me use your company for this topic, this process will be shared between us through equal input, my main goal is to keep yourself filled in with any information regarding the projects {filming schedules, storyboards, project ideas} as well as aiming to keep full professionalism throughout. You as a client, I would be willing to hear any input regarding those topics as even though it is my project, I want it to reflect your business as well as it can. This promotional video can either be for a specific car within your dealership, or if you want a video that portrays the company as a whole and introduces all of your work team.

This promotional video will be both for my personal use and your profession use if you think the final project is up to the standards and communicates the correct message for existing and future clients.

My client and I decided to use the communication platform of social media, due to it being a quick and easy method to know when each of us have received and viewed a message. During this time we discussed a meeting over the weekend due to my client coming to my place of work often, during this time we planned a meeting date but unfortunately this got cancelled due to other plans. These screenshots show a phone call between me and my client, during this phone call we re-arranged the meeting date and went over a few ideas which would be expanded on upon our meeting.
